Usages:Lithium hydroxide monohydrate is mainly used in the preparation of lithium grease and electrolyte addi- tives for alkaline storage batteries. It is also used in petrochemical and glass ceramic industries.
Lithium hydroxide monohydrate is used to produce electrolyte additives for nickel-hydrogen and nickel-cadmi- um batteries, which can greatly increase battery capacity and prolong battery service life. It is also applied to lithium ion anode materials and used as important raw materials for producing other high-purity lithium-containing compounds.
